Ms. Noble says, “Recently, my love of Genealogy led me to deep research of my ancestors. Spurred on by my Great Grandmother’s Sister-in-law, Aunt Georgia Hallums, who put in my hand the last will and testament of the slave owner, Richard Hallum, I went for it. Out of it came my last two complete novels to date. Mind you, at 74, I’m still writing
Her last two novels are family memoirs, Benson’s Bloodline to Freedom’s Trail and the sequel, Beyond the Lies of Freedom. She was recently blessed with winning the International literary award from the African American Historical and Genealogical Society for Benson’s Bloodline to Freedom’s Trail. For the same title, she also received a Congressional Commendation letter for leadership, presented by SC Representative Chandra Dillard.
However, now, she gets to celebrate the completion of her 5th novel, “Double Jeopardy,” a sequel to her first novel, “Tin Can: The Slitting Edge.” Double Jeopardy is her first mystery/thriller novel.
